Palm Valley Inn has five bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and dual vanities. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each have a double bed and share two bathrooms. One of these bathrooms has a shower-over-bath and a basin, while the other bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin. The fifth bedroom, also with a double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. There is also a separate guest toilet. Please bring along your own beach towels, pool towels are for onsite use only. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washer / dryer, fridge-freezer, chest freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge features an L-shaped couch suitable for two extra tiny guests. The TV room also features an L-shaped sofa suitable for two extra tiny guests as well as a TV. Enjoy breakfast on the deck overlooking the valley and beautiful gardens from the outdoor lounging and dining area. Entertainment for the whole family with our large jungle gym playset, game room, outdoor games, board games.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
