Pearl Haven is a self catering house that sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom consists of a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and his / her basins. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the fourth bedroom has two three-quarter beds and the fifth bedroom has a Queen-size bed. These three rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. There is also a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, oven, microwave, tea / coffee making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, glassware, fridge / freezer and a small breakfast area. There are two living areas; one upstairs and the other downstairs. The upstairs living area, which leads out onto the balcony, is furnished with comfortable furniture and boasts views of the area. The downstairs lounge is fitted with a flat-screen TV with DStv / satellite channels, Wi-Fi as well as cosy seating. There is a 12 seater dining area for guests to enjoy their meals. Outside, on the undercover patio there are BBQ / braai facilities as well as outdoor dining furniture and splendid views of the area.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
