Penrith 004 Holiday Apartment is an elegant and modern apartment, perched on the canals of the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, with gorgeous views of the yachts and the water. Although it is just minutes away from the shops and restaurants of the Waterfront and the City Bowl, it promises to be a serene base from which to explore Cape Town.

Self Catering Accommodation

At a spacious 200 square metres, Penrith 004 Holiday Apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms; making it ideal for up to six guests.

The main and second bedrooms each have a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The remaining bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The third bathroom is a guest bathroom and is equipped with a shower. There are two balconies. One looks out onto the yacht basin, and the other onto the waterways, with Table Mountain in the background.

The open-plan lounge and dining area is ideal for entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher (in addition to all of the other necessary cutlery, appliances, and crockery).

Heated floors, air-conditioning, television (with cable), DStv, a DVD player, a telephone, and free Wi-Fi are all part of the Penrith experience. Lovely linen and bath towels are provided.

Housekeeping can be arranged between Monday and Friday.

The V&A Waterfront and its surrounds are conveniently situated just minutes from the city centre and its historical, cultural and natural attractions. Beaches, malls, the convention centre, and the international airport are all just 10 to 25 minutes' drive away. The Waterfront itself is home to almost 200 shops and 70 fantastic restaurants, bars and coffee cafés.
