Perlman House is a highly recommended property for self catering in Sutherland for anyone visiting the Upper Karoo region.
About Perlman House
At approximately 140 years old, Perlman House is one of the oldest buildings in Sutherland. Originally the home of Barnett Perlman, a prominent Jewish merchant and his Polish wife, the house still has the original Oregon pine floors and window frames and the thick stone walls keep the home cool in summer while in winter guests gather around the fireplace to keep warm.
Self-Catering Accommodation
Perlman House offers a choice of self-catering units which have loads of character and attention to detail. Reading materials and board games are provided. Room facilities include DStv, a DVD player, tea / coffee making facilities and Wi-Fi.
