Phefumula Country Retreat offers luxurious self catering accommodation in romantic cottages nestled against the slopes of the Magaliesberg Mountain range.
This peaceful spot is ideal for a tranquil getaway with breathtaking views and is also ideal for those wanting to embrace nature through hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and more. The area is brimming with history and has many must see attractions.
Self Catering Accommodation
The cottages sleep two guests each in an extra length king sized bed. Gowns and slippers are provided for your comfort during your stay as well as electric blankets for chilly nights. The cottages are fully serviced daily at a time that is convenient to guests and can be arranged on arrival.
There is a large open plan living area with a fireplace, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, kettle and everything you will require to make your stay hassle free.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower and a bath and there is an outdoor shower as well so you can get soaped up while admiring the magnificent views.
There is a patio area outside that boasts outside furniture and loungers, a Jacuzzi and braai facilities.
Please Note
There are no TVs at the cottages to keep with the romantic theme, you can however visit the local country pub for major sporting events.

This stone and thatch cottage nestled into the mountain slopes of one of the oldest mountains in the world provides complete privacy and seclusion. It is 96 square meters (not including the patio) so is very comfortable. It has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge dining area. The fireplace provides cosy warmth in winter or on chilly summer nights. The bedroom is open plan and the bathroom section had a large double bath for a romantic soak. There is a double inside shower as well as an outside private shower. The toilet and bidet are separate. The private patio with a braai has a view of the mountain and the jacuzzi tucked away in stone on the side of the patio provides complete privacy and luxury.

This is a spacious luxury escape for a couple wanting to get away and have plenty of space.

Rhino Fields Great cottage away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the lovely splash pool during the day and fireplace at night. Jenni and staff were extremely friendly and made sure that we were comfortable! Will be back soon. Thank you!
