We booked Phoenix 1 and the closeness to the beach was the saving grace for this cottage. We were not informed, and we did ask prior to our arrival, if someone will meet us on arrival with the keys to this cottage or if we should collect the keys from a letting agent. We never received a reply. The cottage is adequately kitted out, but it is tired and needs some TLC.
