Located in the heart of Illovo, Picturesque Garden Villa is set on a gated road, featuring a vine-covered walkway that leads past a water feature and sculpture to the home's entrance. The property spans roughly 3500 square metres, with a garden filled with indigenous plants and trees.

Self-Catering Accommodation

There are five bedrooms in the villa, all with king or queen-sized beds. The master suite includes a custom dressing room and a wood-burning fireplace.

Two additional bedrooms share a family bathroom, while a third has its own en-suite. The fifth guest bedroom, located downstairs, includes a gas fireplace and garden access. The pool room is ideal for entertaining, featuring a sauna, gym, and an additional en-suite bedroom.

The villa also offers two spacious lounges with wood-burning fireplaces, exposed beams, and doors that open to a sunny east-facing patio.

There is formal dining room that seats fourteen and has exquisite wooden floors. The fully equipped kitchen features solid wood finishes, high-quality appliances, and a scullery. Adjacent to the kitchen is a smaller dining area that seats six. A fitted study with patio access provides a quiet workspace.

Facilities

Guests can enjoy drinks on the back verandah or by the pool. Security features include a high-tech system and a boom gate at the entrance of the cul-de-sac. A resident house manager couple takes care of daily duties to ensure a comfortable stay.

The villa is centrally located near the Sandton Business District and Fourways with easy highway access. It borders the 18-hole Wanderers Golf Course.
