Playa Del Mar 10 is a self-catering holiday apartment in Manaba Beach, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal province. The South Coast is a collection of golden beaches, lagoons, rocky coves, grassy slopes, warm Indian Ocean waters, perpetually sunny weather, sub-tropical forests, and vegetation that draws the crowds, particularly during the festive season.

Self Catering Accommodation

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed. There is also an alcove that contains a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a wash basin.

Please note that the apartment has 44 stairs to climb and not suitable for guests with health issues due to stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Guests need to bring with them their own toiletries, towels, and hangers for clothes.

The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony which has gas braai facilities and a view of the ocean.

On Site Facilities

Communal braai facilities are available in the complex. Parking is available for one vehicle in a single lock up garage. Additional open guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
