Lovely unit with full sea view. Playa Del Mar 3 can accommodate up to five guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath, toilet and basin. There is also an alcove that contains a bunk bed. There is a sleeper couch in the living room for a fifth guest. Please take your own linen for this. Please also bring your own towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is a dining area, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Wi-Fi is also provided. The living area opens up onto a balcony.

We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding in the unit.
The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
