Plett Forest Cabins are tucked away in the Harkerville Forest and offer visitors comfortable and affordable accommodation with a host of activities on the property and in the nearby surroundings.
Away from the hustle and bustle of town this tranquil forest retreat is perfect for the Honeymooner, the Romantic Couple, the Family needing a break, or the perfect destination for a group breakaway or Family Reunion.
Self Catering Accommodation
We offer rustic, fully equipped self-catering cabins sleeping from 2 to 6 guests each. All cabins are fully equipped with linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, a fridge, stove and microwave. 5 of the 6 cabins have Jacuzzi Baths. The 6th, a two bedroomed unit overlooking the dam, has en-suite showers. Each of the cabins has an outside braai area.
For those who do not want to self-cater, there are numerous restaurants in Plettenberg Bay or Knysna which are only 20 minutes' drive away respectively.

Honeymoon Cabin:
Our private self-catering Honeymoon cabins are tucked away in the forest overlooking the pool. Each have a Queen sized bed with a Jacuzzi bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. Tucked away in the loft are 2 single beds for small children. There are outdoor braai facilities and seating and an extra balcony overlooking the river and forest.
Standard Family Cabin:
Our private self-catering 2 bedroomed cabins nestled in front of the forest. Each have a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with 2 x ž beds. Both bedrooms share a Jacuzzi bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. There is a full size sleeper couch in the lounge for extra guests. Each has a deck with seating and outdoor braai facilities.
Family Cabin:
Our private self-catering 2 bedroomed cabin, overlooks the dam. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed, 1 bedroom with 2 three-quarter beds and the other bedroom with 1 x ž bed and a full sized sleeper couch for extra guests. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower. Bedding and towels provided. The separate kitchen and lounge area is fully equipped. The deck has extra seating and outdoor braai facilities are provided. Lemon is perfect for 2 families sharing.

Activities include hiking, bird-watching and swimming in the river. In addition to the opportunities for hiking and swimming on the property, the Harkerville Mountain biking trails are only 5kms away.
Parents with small children bring your cameras with, the five tame fallow deer will be soon be eating out of your children's hands and you will want to catch their facial expressions on camera.

really enjoyed my stay with my friends...but my only concerned was that we slept for 3 nights and the bedding were not changed i was not happy about that and I had to request clean towels the following day.
