Perfect for couples or families, Porcupine Hills Farmhouse is situated on a hillside with views of the cliff, olive groves and the surrounding hills. Porcupine Hills Guest and Olive Farm, just 1,5 hours outside of Cape Town, offers self catering in the Overberg along the beautiful Van der Stel Pass.

Porcupine Hills is situated along the Van Der Stel Pass. This allows access to various day trip options beyond the boundaries of the farm.

Self Catering Accommodation

Porcupine Hills Farmhouse is a self catering holiday home sleeping four to six in two en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bath and shower.

The other room has either a King-size bed or two singles and en-suite shower. There are two additional single beds in the loft area for kids.

There is a comfortable double-volume lounge with a large fireplace opens onto the covered veranda with an outside dining area. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

Outside is a large swimming pool in a shady, private garden and an outdoor braai. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Firewood and Firelighters are sold at reception. We supply all bathroom amenities, tea, filter coffee, sugar and complimentary farm olive oil.

Activities

There are wonderful walking / hiking trails as well as 4x4 tracks around the farm suitable for mountain bikers. There are beautiful pools to swim in, rock pools in the Bot- and Kloof Rivers and a dam with clear clean water and floating jetty.
