Established in 2000, Providence has a proud history of creating memories that will last for a lifetime. Our exquisite wedding venue is set in a spectacular garden and has a charming ivy covered chapel nestled in a grove of pine trees. Providence is located in Nottingham Road in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands, it is the perfect destination for your wonderful wedding day.

Weddings

Designed to cater for up to 160 guests, Providence has the facilities and infrastructure to ensure your wedding is the day of your dreams. Providence is run by a very experienced team who will guarantee that your day is one that you will never forget.

With our exquisite venue and beautiful gardens, the venue is extremely versatile and can easily be adapted for different themes and decor. Be it a formal, classic, casual, country or bohemian decor we have the setting and the scenery to encapsulate your dream wedding.

We can provide a full wedding service and can also assist by referring you to well-known florists, DJ's and exceptional photographers. We will ensure that everything is absolutely perfect from beginning to end.

The venue comes fully equipped with tables, tiffany chairs, table-cloths, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The venue will be exclusive to you for the day, thus ensuring our undivided attention to your wedding.

Nestled in a grove of pine trees, our chapel provides an intimate atmosphere for your friends and family to witness your vows. The chapel seats 120 people on wooden pews, and is situated alongside the venue for your guest's convenience.

Dining

Providence is also well known for its mouth-watering cuisine, warmth, efficient service and exceptional weddings. Owned and managed by an experienced team, Kevin and Fern have over twenty years' experience in the wedding and restaurant industries and will ensure you have the day of your dreams.

We are able to customise a spread that's relevant to you and your budget, with all menu items personally selected by Fern. Her individual attention guarantees a perfectly prepared and presented meal – from re-creating Grannies favourite dish to a sumptuous buffet feast, we can adapt our menu to suit your needs. Fern's celebrated wedding cakes and decadent desserts always provide the grand finale.
