The lodge is powered by solar energy which means there are no luxuries such as a TV or hairdryer. The tranquil surroundings provide an ideal stopover between Gauteng and Cape Town.

Activities

Bed was ok but that was it. The water was so awful that the coffee was not drinkable. Chairs in the room tatty and Brocken. The Deck was a shocker, warped and coming undone. The just at the bottom of the bed was peeling and grubby.The carpet in the communal area needed a vacuum, this place is in serious need of an extension upgrade. The overall feel was not good. Definitely not recommend

We loved our stay. It was clean and tidy and the manager was great. She was very attentive to our needs. Agree that the patio deck needs attention but i believe that that will be attended to soon. So nice to have covered parking and a very unique pool to relax in. we will be back.
