Red Bishop 4 is a first floor self catering holiday apartment sleeping four guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second room is furnished with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a spacious living area with a smart TV with Netflix, a dining table and a kitchen with a breakfast counter and four bar stools. The kitchen has a fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, a gas oven / stove top, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Outside there is a patio with a table and chairs, a fire pit, hanging chairs and views over the wetland area that is teeming with various bird species. It has its own private entrance and guests have access to safe and secure parking inside a fenced property.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
