Baywatch's Apartment is a third-floor suite with three en-suite bedrooms with two Queen and one King-size bed. It also has a guest's toilet. The suite has an open plan kitchen, a lounge and dining area. The lounge area has large sofas and adjustable lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and deep freeze. There is a large kitchen island, microwave and coffee / espresso machine. Guests also have access to washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area opens to a balcony that has a breath-taking view of the ocean.

Captain's Cottage is on the ground floor. The suite has two large bedrooms, one Queen and one King-size bed. The bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Admiral's Cottage is on the first floor. This suite is not wheelchair friendly as it only has stairs and is not accessible with an elevator. There are two large bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and one with a Queen-size bed. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee / espresso machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large terrace facing the ocean.
