Restio River House is a stunning self catering holiday home in Pringle Bay. The house is a contemporary retreat with majestic panoramic ocean and mountain views with the Buffels River at its doorstep. This is the perfect place to enjoy a coastal vacation, only a few minutes walk from the beach and 90 minutes away from the Cape Town CBD.
Self Catering Accommodation
Restio River House sleeps up to ten guests in five bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The second, third and fourth bedrooms have queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms, the fifth bedroom has two single beds. There are two mattresses for two children. All of the bedrooms have lovely views of either the river, the ocean or the mountains.
The living space is ultra modern, stylishly decorated and has a warm feel and a cosy fireplace. The lounge has a TV with DStv, Wi-Fi, Sonos music system and automated blinds. There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for your self catering stay.
The living area opens out to a lovely patio area with comfortable patio furniture. While here you can also make use of the trampoline and the table tennis as well as the section of board games.

Outstanding experience. The house is really stunning as is the view and setting. Its obvious a lot of care has been taken in decorating and equipping this property. Our stay was relaxed, happy and we would love to go back.
