The first floor of the house boasts two elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable Queen-size bed and stunning scenic views. The second bathroom on this level is complete with a shower, ensuring a revitalizing experience for all guests. The open plan living area seamlessly merges a charming living room featuring a cozy fireplace with a delightful dining area accommodating up to nine people, making it an ideal setting for socializing and entertaining. Adjacent to this inviting space, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Wi-Fi is provided as well as beach towels and braai facilities. The patio features an outdoor dining area. The balcony offers unparalleled views of the ocean and mountains. Parking is available on site.       Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
