It includes a separate bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. High-quality linen and plush bath towels are provided to enhance your stay.; ; The kitchenette offers essentials such as a microwave, toaster, bar fridge, and a full selection of cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Entertainment options include a TV with DStv channels and complimentary Wi-Fi access.; ; Outside, guests can unwind in the lovely garden area with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Secure on-site parking is available, adding to the convenience. The surrounding area presents a variety of activities, from hiking and kayaking to paragliding along the Garden Route, surfing, fishing, and relaxing on beautiful beaches.

      - At no time may the number of guests occupying the home exceed the number reflected in the reservation.
      -Our property is not pet-friendly unless specified otherwise.
      4. House Rules
      - No smoking inside the property. If smoking outside, ensure all windows and doors are closed.
      - Please note that this is a self-catering unit and not serviced during your stay.
      - Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours 22:00 and 6:00
      5. Damages and Security Deposit
      - Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
      6. Liability
      - The property owner and managing agent are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your stay.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

      What is 3D Secure?
