River Valley Resort is set in a very beautiful valley on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast which is only 68km from Durban, 12km from Scottburgh and 3km's from Pennington central.

Self Catering Accommodation

We offer you comfortable, two bedroomed fully furnished self-catering chalets. These units are comfortably furnished with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchenette and a small lounge area in each.

The chalets also have patio areas with braai facilities as well. Garden views, Fan, Television, Bar Fridge, No Smoking in Rooms. An electric fence and automatic gate secures the resort.

Facilities

Very much a family orientated resort, there is a swimming pool, a games room and a childrens' playground to entertain the children, so that mom and dad can relax in their favourite recliner, put up their feet with a glass of their preferred liquid refreshment, doze, read, bird watch or take it easy.

Activities

There are three lovely golf courses to play, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, shark cage diving and many more attractions to choose from.

A five minute walk along a rustic but maintained pathway leads you to an excellent fishing beach where low tide rock pools, a lagoon river mouth and a glorious golden beach awaits you.

Panoramic walks set the scene for swimming, surfing, beach and rock fishing, snorkeling and much more. Information on outside activities is available at reception on your arrival. Maids can be organized on request.
