The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove and oven, a fridge / freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The spacious lounge area is tiled and comfortably furnished. A TV is provided.

The apartment features an enclosed balcony with an eight seater dining table and chairs and built in braai facilities. Basement parking is provided in the building with remote controlled access.

Fantastic view and very large apartment. Apartment is poorly maintained with non-working aircons, dishwasher sliding doors, fridges, etc, etc. Some mouldy walls, cracks.
