Rondevoux 29 is a fully furnished self catering apartment located in a secure complex in Margate. The complex is within walking distance of the main Blue Flag beach. There is a Mugg and Bean coffee shop and a cocktail bar on the ground floor of the building and Wimpy is right next door.

Self Catering Accommodation

The apartment can accommodate up to six guests. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and and opens through sliding doors onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The apartment is air-conditioned.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge / freezer, a microwave and a washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has a 6 seater dining table and chairs and the lounge area contains a flat screen TV.

On Site Facilities

The living area opens to a covered balcony with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. Basement parking is provided in the building with remote controlled access.
