Marine Room: This unit sleeps four to six guests in two separate bedrooms. The main room has a Queen-size bed and the second room has two single beds. There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge. There is one bathroom just off the main bedroom with a shower. All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided. In the open plan lounge area there is a TV equipped with DSTV (Hotel Package) Mnet and all Supersport. The kitchen is fully self-catering with breakfast nook and chairs and is equipped with a full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as a stove, oven and standard fridge freezer. There is secure parking for one vehicle.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
