What is loadshedding? It refers to the temporary suspension of electricity provided by Eskom, South Africa's electricity provider, to reduce consumption and thereby the load on the national grid. To compensate, South African property owners are turning to solar power, inverters with backup batteries or in some cases generators to keep the power on, wherever feasible.

Very happy with our stay, your staff are so friendly and the rooms very nice. Thank you to everyone for being so helpful and for the recommendation's for a wine tour with Safari wines that was so perfect for our stay there. We ended the day off with a rugby match (what a pity we lost against New Zealand) and a stunning dinner at your restaurant, we took the breakfast deal and we had the most amazing breakfast before our departure. Thank you so much.
