This tranquil and enchanting experience is steeped in history holding many secrets of the Valley's past. Sacred Mountain Lodge offers the most discerning traveller a choice of accommodation and methods of relaxation, including a private wellness spa, heated swimming pool set in a fairy like dell, equestrian trails and beach rides, private bar and home-cooked meals.
Personal touches abound with firewood for those cooler evenings, fruit bowls, fresh flowers and a complimentary bottle of cape wine on arrival. Peaceful rural charm reminiscent of a bygone era boasts select country furniture, chandeliers, fresh cotton linen, a welcome fireplace and overall comfort appeal, all tucked beneath the whispering oaks of a garden sanctuary.
ACCOMMODATION
All of our cottages and suites offer you the option of Self-Catering or Bed and Breakfast accommodation. All en-suite and fully serviced with soaps, toiletries, luxurious white towels and crisp, 100% cotton percale bed linen and microfibre duvets; lounges with DSTV, and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and bar fridges. Our self catering cottages also all have fully equipped kitchenettes with microwaves, gas hob and some with electric oven, private braai facilities, and some with indoor wood-burning fireplaces.

Eco Friendly
Sacred Mountain have 36 Solar panels and are fully functional with NO loadshedding at all! We operate mostly on gas cookers, all solar energy and LED lighting. We have a high speed fibre connected WIFI which never goes down, and our televisions in all our cottages and suites are also powered by Solar as well as the internet. Our connection is directly through our DB board so everything is powered as per normal during loadshedding so guests can enjoy the benefit of uninterrupted power throughout their stay. Perfect for business travellers!

Enjoy your scrumptious farmhouse breakfasts, served in the comfort of your own cottage or under the 100 year oaks in a forested garden, all prepared with the freshest produce of free range eggs, farm bacon and freshly baked bread. Continental breakfasts include fresh fruit salad, muffins, croissants, toast, and farm butter, a selection of cold meats, cheeses and preserves.
We also serve special evening meals of the day and personalised picnic baskets - advance orders to be placed.
WELLNESS SPA
Our private and tranquil retreat offers a sauna and Jacuzzi spa, available for your exclusive use at the time of your appointment. Our guests are our first priority and we will arrange any of the following services for you on request: Body Wrap, Body exfoliation, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Shaitsu, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Swedish Massage and Yoga lessons.
