About Amakhala Safari Lodge
Safari Lodge is secretly hidden up a kloof in the indigenous Valley Bushveld in the Amakhala Game Reserve. This extraordinary conservancy allows animals to be re-introduced to an area where they once roamed freely. This malaria free area is the ideal spot to enjoy nature and cast your eyes on the Big 5 as well as a number of other species.

African tribal design has inspired the creation of this intimate thatched lodge and its unique safari huts, which offer all of the creature comforts of a graded five star lodge.
Soak in a luxurious double bath or splash off the dust in an outdoor shower before sharing your day's adventures around the fireside under a canopy of stars. On a recommended three day safari, experience game drives, a river cruise and a guided walk.
Enjoy a full board stay including all your meals, two game drives and selected drinks. The Safari Suite offers spectacular views over the reserve and is the perfect place to relax. This luxurious suite boasts a private pool and an outside shower, allowing you to chill out among nature.
