Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Two of the bathrooms also include a bath. Fresh towels and crisp linen are included in your stay.

Guests are offered a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and coffee machine as well as a scullery area to keep any mess out of sight. The dining area seats 8 people comfortably for a more intimate dining setting. The lounge area exudes comfort and with large glass sliding doors opening onto the gorgeous L-shaped wooden deck area you have an abundance of light and fresh ocean air entering the space.

The undercover deck area includes outside furniture as well as braai facilities for guests to make use of and overlooks a gorgeous manicured lawn and private sparkling pool.

Although this is a remote estate you are within walking distance to a private beach as well as many walking paths within the reserve where you can keep an eye out for Rooi Duiker Bokkie, tortoises, ostriches or enjoy the abundance of wildflowers and natural fynbos. Neighboring towns would be Melkbos, Yzerfontein and Darling, all are about 30km away, and you will find everything you need as there are no shops in Grotto Bay.
