Sandybanks 15 has one bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed. Crisp white percale line is provided. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. There a fully equipped kitchenette, a lounge area with a couch facing the view, a small pool, and a large balcony overlooking the ocean with a Weber braai, a dining table with chairs and two comfortable deck chairs. Other amenities include a TV with full DStv, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and safe on-site parking on the premises. The spacious apartment is on top of the owners garage. It has a private entrance and is accessible by a flight of stairs. There is a swimming pool on site that guests are welcome to use. Please note - Strictly no smoking inside the apartment and on the deck.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
