This spacious 3-bedroom apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, and a 20 sqm sundeck, perfect for taking in the renowned Sea Point sunsets. Designed as a welcoming home away from home, it provides all the necessary comforts for a delightful stay in Cape Town.

Situated on a quiet street, this apartment is one of four units in a small, secure complex, featuring a security gate and private parking.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed into a bright, airy living space, elegantly furnished with modern decor. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a cozy atmosphere for families to relax and enjoy each other's company.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, offering all the conveniences of home. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful retreat after a day spent exploring the city. The two larger bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning to guarantee a cool and comfortable night's sleep, even on the warmest summer evenings. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.
