Sedgefield Island Holiday House accommodates up to eight guests in total and is within walking distance to the Wild Oats Market. There a variety of activities that you can enjoy such as abseiling, para-gliding, surfing and body surfing.

Self Catering Accommodation

Sedgefield Island Holiday House has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and air-conditioning. The room opens onto the upstairs balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and also opens up onto the balcony. The third bedroom has twin beds.

The three rooms are upstairs and share a bathroom with a bath only. Downstairs there is another bedroom with an additional bathroom that has a shower only.

The living area is open plan with comfortable seating. The TV has full DStv and opens onto undercover patio, garden and swimming pool.

The open plan, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for self catering. It consists of a stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The house has rechargeable lights for loadshedding.

Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, subject to owner confirmation. Pet policy applies:
No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture
A surcharge will be charged should we note dogs on beds/furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure
Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times. The house has an enclosed garden with fencing. You need to accept full responsibility of your dogs and not let them wander around unattended, to cause nuisance for neighbours and their dogs

The Area

Sedgefield, also known as ‘Africa's First Slow Town' is home to various outdoor activities including fishing, paragliding and beach swimming. There are ample variety of restaurants, shops and of course the local farmer's market which happens every Saturday, down the road from Sedgefield Island Holiday House.

Sedgefield is well known for it's scenic surroundings and numerous outdoor adventures. These include hiking, kite surfing, canoeing, yachting and superb bass fishing.
