Downstairs are a further three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. Bedroom two is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a baby cot. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
Bedroom three is furnished with a double bed. These two rooms have doors opening onto a shared balcony with lagoon, mountain and village views. Bedroom four has bunk beds suitable for children only. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet on this level.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan with the living area and includes a dishwasher and a space with a built in washing machine and dryer. There is a large dining table with an indoor gas-burning fireplace and doors opening onto the shared balcony. The lounge has comfortable couches and chaise lounge. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV with satellite channels and a wood burning fireplace. Doors lead out onto the shared balcony.
Outside is a partially undercover, wrap-around deck with seating arrangements, gas BBQ/Braai and two sun loungers. There are full lagoon, mountain and village views and a pebble garden.

Sedgefield, also known as "Africa's First Slow Town" is home to various outdoor activities including fishing, paragliding and beach swimming. There are a variety of restaurants, shops and of course the famous Wild Oats farmers market & Scarab Village which takes place every Saturday, a short drive from this property.

Child policyChildren of all ages are welcome. Please bring own high chair with. A baby cot is provided at the house. Do take care of small children at the house due, the garden is not fenced in the front although the deck below does have gates which can enclose it (not locked).
