See Uitsig 16 comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and ceiling fan. The second bedroom, with standing fan, is furnished with a double bed, and a bunk bed for 2 children and has access to the second bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Please note that no towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and other appliances for self catering. The adjacent lounge, with a ceiling fan, features a TV with DStv connection, so guests can bring their own DStv decoder and smart card; Explora decoders are not compatible though.

The living area leads out to a small balcony, with outdoor furniture, has a built-in braai area for guests to use. There is no sea view.

The complex features a communal swimming pool, and secure undercover parking for 1 car only per apartment.
