Self Catering Accommodation

Sewefontein Homestead is a holiday home near Citrusdal with four bedrooms; the main bedroom has a King-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed interleading with another room offering a single bed, and the fourth bedroom has a single and a three-quarter bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the second bathroom offers a bath and shower.

There is a large kitchen with an eye-level oven, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. There is a separate dining room and a lounge with a fireplace.

The patio offers views of the mountains and dam and has a built-in braai.

Attractions

Sewefontein Farm is on top of the beautiful Piekenierskloof mountains, about 180km from Cape Town. Being situated on a farm, guests can go on long walks through unspoilt fynbos or orchards, do some bird-watching, go for a swim or fish in the farm dam, or visit the rock paintings on the farm. A short 4×4 route is also available. Veld flowers can be viewed in September, as well as the drying of fruit in December, January and February.
