About Shabanga Guest Farm
Take some time out in the countryside at Shabanga Guest Farm. Located in Cove Rock along the popular Sunshine Coast of the Eastern Cape, you will feel rejuvenated after spending time in the country air at the one of the best accommodation venues to be found just outside East London.
Perfectly situated for the business traveler, Shabanga Guest Farm is ideally located just five minutes from East London Airport and the East London IDZ. Enjoy relaxing at the poolside after a busy day or have a drink with us at the Shabanga Bar as you unwind a little in the countryside.
Accommodation
We have 13 rooms. All rooms are en-suite and have air-conditioning, a bar fridge, a flat screen TV (SABC 1, 2, 3, e-TV and five DStv channels) and coffee and tea making facilities for your convenience. Guest rooms are family rooms with queen size beds and a comfortable sleeper couch, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a double bed. All our rooms either have a lovely view or a very private setting.
Dining
We have a restaurant on site which overlooks a dam filled with koi and ducks. Our restaurant serves a diverse menu including some local favorites such as lamb neck, ribs and eisbein. If you're more of a light eater you'll enjoy our chicken tower, chicken schnitzel or scrumptious fish and chips.
Activities
On the farm is a driving range where you can practice getting that perfect swing. The driving range can be used to your disposal free of charge!
If you plan on bringing the kids along we have a lovely touch farm with lovable animals such as meerkats, springbuck and a miniature cow named Louis! There is also a large jungle gym ensuring that your kids won't get bored!

Our stay at the farm was very enjoyable, interesting and peaceful. Unfortunately we only had 1 night instead of 3 nights to stay due to the strike of the SAA. The road to the farm is not easy and rumpling. Peter is a very friendly and helpful host. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. Many animals on the farm. Although the food has room for improvements we can only recommend to visit or stay at Peters farm.
