Shanzeley House offers accommodation near George. Our spacious, quaint and tranquil environment is perfect for a quick getaway or even a peaceful long break. Our farm is situated just off of the N9 and Route 62. Located 62km from George Airport, through the Outeniqua Pass, 70km from Gamkaberg Nature Reserve in Oudtshoorn and 61km from Die Fort Nature Reserve in Uniondale.

Self Catering Accommodation

Shanzeley House is a self catering holiday home sleeping six adults and two children.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed which can be converted into two single beds on request. The second and third rooms are each furnished with a double bed. Two stretcher beds can be added for two children.

Each room has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and a toilet. Good quality linen and mattresses are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a washing machine in the scullery, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.

The lounge area has a cosy fireplace and opens onto a stoep that overlooks the surrounds.

Outside there is a boma area for braaing.
