Silver Bay Villa has achieved the rare balance between opulence and comfort, against a backdrop of completely unspoilt natural beauty. This villa, perched on the dunes surrounding Stompneus Bay, is one of the most stunning spots on the West Coast.

The thatched villa overlooks Stompneus Bay Beach and St Helena Bay. The tidal rock pools and massive granite boulders of Stompneus provide some seclusion, and plenty to explore. The pristine beach remains one of the area's best-kept secrets, though. So, it is quiet and relatively private. St Helena Bay and the mountains beyond it only add to the breath-taking magic of the scene.

The villa's sliding glass doors are sea-facing, assuring guests of spectacular views at all times. Watch as the ocean undulates, ebbs and flows through the day. Keep an eye out for playful dolphins, migratory birds, or fishing boats that are hard at work. During the latter half of the year, whales skirt this part of the coast and put on a real show for their spectators. And, from the heights of the villa, these views are unrivalled, as are the perfect sunsets.

SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION

The Silver Bay Villa has four bedrooms, each of which enjoys the convenience of an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the beach.

The main bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed. Its bathroom has a shower and bath, double vanities (two basins), and folding stack-away doors that open straight out onto the deck, which boasts stunning sea views.

The remaining three bedrooms have inviting Queen-size beds and their bathrooms each have a shower and folding stack-away doors that open onto the deck. Bedrooms two and three also have fantastic sea views.

The villa is characterised by beautiful open, light spaces. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are all in one spacious area, together with the rim-flow lap pool. This makes Silver Bay Villa ideal for families or groups of friends that want to relax in style, while enjoying time together. This area is ideal for catching up, reading a book, sun-tanning, watching TV, or playing board games together.

The kitchen is well-equipped with chic appliances that make entertaining a treat. The gas stove, microwave, fridge, and freezer are all modern, while the granite countertops and coffee station finish off the look and feel to perfection. There is a separate scullery with a dishwashing machine, and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The family room is downstairs and has DStv XtraView, a DVD player, and a selection of movies and games. It also has direct beach access.
