Silver Sky Chalet is a property for self catering in Kuleni Game Park for up to 2 guests visiting the Zululand region.
The Silver Sky Chalet is tucked into the forest approximately 40 metres from Imani Bush House in the Kuleni Game Park, a 220-hectare rare and unique forest that will restore your soul. The park has kudu, impala, wildebeest, nyala, giraffe, zebra, warthog and an abundance of birdlife, yet there are no predators which means you are free to explore our network of well-marked walking trails. Near the property is a bird hide and water hole and benches are tucked in shaded areas for a rest or picnic.
The Chalet sleeps two guests and has a double bed with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open fully onto the plunge pool. The bathroom has a bathtub with windows that fold open and a spacious outside shower.
The cosy open-plan kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle and table top oven / stove. The comfortable lounge has a TV with DStv and opens onto the deck.
In front of the deck of this lovely raised wooden chalet, Silver Sky has a boma braai area to sit peacefully under the stars and maybe a genet cat or bushbaby will join you. Nyala, wildebeest and impala frequently graze on the lawn.
This gorgeous unit is unique in that it allows private and separate accommodation for a couple even while Imani Bush House is occupied by a different group of guests. Alternatively, a larger group could have exclusivity and enjoy renting out the full property.
Kuleni Game Park is situated near the town of Hluhluwe and has easy access to Big 5 game reserves, the St. Lucia wetland area, False Bay plus the beaches and diving hot spots of Sodwana Bay.
What is loadshedding? It refers to the temporary suspension of electricity provided by Eskom, South Africa's electricity provider, to reduce consumption and thereby the load on the national grid. To compensate, South African property owners are turning to solar power, inverters with backup batteries or in some cases generators to keep the power on, wherever feasible.

Had a great time and the place was clean and peaceful and very much private. The room service was unexpected but appreciated and the security guards at the gate are very helpful. For restaurants you have to drive far but other than that can't wait to come back again
