About Somerset Sights B&B

Somerset Sights B&B is beautifully situated at the foothills of the Helderberg Mountains, nestled between the Hottentots Holland mountain range and False Bay.

From here you have spectacular views of the sea and the mountains. Bounded on the east by the mountains, the view continues along the coast up to Table Mountain, above Muizenberg and Simons Town to the Cape of Good Hope.

Start your day with a delicious and varied breakfast and let us help you plan your activities. We know the area very well and have a number of suggestions for you. Whether it's the theme of ‘golf, or to the question of which destinations should not be missed, to the selection of the restaurant, we're here to help and we have one or the other ‘secret tip' for you.

Accommodation

Rooms:
Our house offers three spacious en-suite rooms. All rooms have air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV (German / English), mini safe and wireless Internet connection. Each room has a private terrace with garden furniture, cushioned lounge chairs and large parasol.

Our rooms are beautifully furnished and offer you the kind of comfort you can expect from a very good house. Come home after an eventful day and your room invites you to relax and to feel comfortable.

Self Catering Apartment:
In addition to our double rooms we also rent a beautiful and spacious (53m²) self catering apartment. The apartment is part of our house, but has a separate entrance. The luxury apartment is fully equipped, has a tastefully furnished living room with dining area and integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment features also a separate breakfast terrace.

Breakfast

From personal experience we know the value the breakfast has for every guest. Especially on holiday, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Let us pamper you with our delicious and varied breakfast every day.

Various fresh fruits, cereals, muesli, cold meats, cheese, pickles, a choice of juices and breads as well as eggs prepared in any style will prepare you for the coming day. And if you miss something, no problem, special requests are always welcome.

Facilities

Our large, heated salt water pool, the sun loungers with comfortable pads as well as our parasols are available to you. The same applies to the lovingly landscaped, natural garden with various peaceful areas that invites you to linger and relax.

For refreshment you can venture a dip in the pool or you may order a peppy cocktail, with or without alcohol. Just as you wish. If you feel like having a cup of coffee; no problem. Simply let us know.
