State of Grey is a self-catering Holiday Home in Langebaan situated on the beachfront of the town. This popular seaside town is home to the well-known Langebaan Lagoon, a water sports and bird watcher's paradise! Guests are within a short distance of the beach, shops, bars and eateries of the town.

Self Catering Accommodation

State of Grey can accommodate up to 10 adults and two children. There are six bedrooms in total; the main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

Two bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There are two further bedrooms; one furnished with a Queen-size bedroom and the other furnished with a double bed. Both these rooms have an en-suite bathroom; one fitted with a bath, toilet and basin and the other fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The children's bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed and a pull-out single bed.

The spacious, tiled, open plan living area is beautifully decorated and comprises a full kitchen and bar area. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering stay and includes a fridge, stove and oven, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. There is a bar / lounge area that opens, via glass stacking doors, to a sheltered patio and garden area with braai facilities, sun loungers and a heated swimming pool. The lounge has TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi is available.

Langebaan is set on the eastern shore of Langebaan Lagoon and is ideal for any water sports enthusiast or keen birder. Attractions include a visit to Kraalbaai, Sunnypark Fun Park Langebaan, trying your luck at Mykonos and spending time on the Langebaan Beach.
