About St Francis Bay House On The Canal

Have the perfect holiday in a beautiful, modern and spacious four bedroom, four bathroom house on the canals. A home for friends and family in the heart of St Francis Bay.

You will find yourself right on the water with your own private jetty and a small beach. Folding, stacking glass doors open up to the canals. Across the road, a few seconds walk, down a quaint footpath, is the beautiful Kromm River - white sand and calm water. Here you will frequently see and hear the many fish eagles residing in the tall trees on the banks across the river.

St Francis Bay Accommodation

St Francis Bay House On The Canal is an entertainers dream and consists of two lounges and a fantastic large open plan kitchen and dining room area - the dining room has a magnificent, thick set, dark wooden dining room table.

There are two separate braai areas, one covered indoor bar and braai and one braai upstairs on the huge outside patio (this is a great private sun-tanning spot!)

In total there are six queen beds. There is a bedroom downstairs with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bed and decorated in tranquil linen and white shades. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a TV lounge area: all these bedrooms have ample modern cupboard space with built in dressing tables and mirrors.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, and a balcony overlooking the canals. This en suite bathroom has a shower and big bath. The next en suite bedroom has a queen bed and this light and sunny bathroom has a modern, spacious shower.

The last bedroom has two queen beds, small Juliet balcony and its own bathroom (shower). These rooms open out into the TV room which has a queen bed and large couch and ottoman.

Sliding doors lead out to a balcony overlooking the canal and the large patio, sun-tanning area.

Upstairs we have a beautiful sunroom.

The afternoon light pours into this home, and if you are not cruising on the canal or river at sunset, you can relax at home and have your sundowner with the most beautiful sunsets in front of you as you watch the boats chug past.

Attractions and Activities

The canals have clean sea water that moves in and out with the tides so they are great for fishing and swimming, rowing and boat cruising. St Francis Bay and Cape St Francis have beautiful beaches well known by surfing enthusiasts. Visit the Cape St Francis lighthouse and penguin sanctuary.

There are many good restaurants in St Francis Bay to choose from. We have two great golf courses; The Links and St Francis Bay Golf Club.
