About Stonecrop Lodge
Situated in the hills surrounding White River and set amongst beautiful, mature, indigenous trees, Stonecrop Lodge offers guests a choice of self-catering units and a cottage close to all the attractions of the Panorama Route.
Self Catering Accommodation
The units all have private entrances and are comfortably furnished. Each is uniquely and eclectically decorated and provided with crisp white linen and towels.
The units Cloud Nine, Gold Moss, Coppertone, Moonglow, Stardust and Dazzleberry all have well equipped kitchenettes for self catering purposes.
The units are all equipped with a hair dryer, heater, movable fan and either a fridge or bar fridge as well as coffee and tea making facilities. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and milk is supplied.
Activities
Stonecrop Lodge is situated just twelve minutes away from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport and is close to the world famous Kruger National Park and the town of Mbombela.
Other country towns such as Barberton, Kaapschehoop, Sabie, Pilgrim's Rest, Graskop, Hazyview and Malelane and well known attractions such as God's Window, the Blyde River Canyon and Bourke's Luck Potholes are all within easy day excursion distances from the establishment.
Last but not least, we offer the perfect place to catch one's breath while attending the annual arts and culture festival, Innibos. Located approximately 20 kilometers from the centre of Nelspruit, we're just far enough away from the festivities to afford guests a quiet, decent, well-deserved night's rest after a day of celebrating the South African way.
