The South Coast is a collection of golden beaches, lagoons, rocky coves, grassy slopes, warm Indian Ocean waters, perpetually sunny weather, sub-tropical forests, and vegetation that draws the crowds, particularly during the festive season.

Sue Casa 3 is a ground-floor apartment that has two bedrooms, one bathroom and is able to accommodate four guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Guests need to bring their own towels. Bed linen is provided.

The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The lounge area has an L-shaped couch and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are available in both bedrooms and the lounge.
