About Swaynekloof Farm

Swaynekloof Farm offers a range of self catering units on our lovely guest farm. While here you can enjoy a bit of peace and quiet and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The farm has small dams where you can fish, a river where you can go paddling or enjoy picnics and a beautiful game reserve area you can stroll through. From here you are only a short drive away from the town centre and a range of other activities and attractions.

Self Catering Accommodation

All the units are fully equipped for self catering and have a kitchen with good quality crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as essential appliances such as a fridge, oven/ gas hob or a counter top oven and hot plates and a kettle.

Please Note

We do not accept single night bookings, bachelor and bachelorette or noisy parties.

Pets

We are pet friendly but guests need to know although Swaynehuis is fenced and gated, the cottages are not and are open to the world.

Activities & Experiences

The farm offers a variety of activities for guests to enjoy such as fishing in the small dams, paddling in the river, walks in the game reserve where dogs must be on a leash, and bird watching. Fishing is on a catch and release basis.

The farm has an eland and several zebra in the enclosure. There are also a few sheep to keep the grass short on the slopes and to provide free-range meat for the farm.

The second room has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has four single beds. There are also sleeper couches in the lounge if required. There is an open plan living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is a patio outside with braai facilities, patio furniture and a swimming pool.
