Self Catering Accommodation

Tegwaan Acorn Tiny House is only 12 sqm big, but is surprisingly cosy and has all the essentials to make your stay comfortable.

The house is an open plan unit sleeping two guests, with a sleeping corner, dining area and kitchen are all in one space. The room is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the toilet (a beautiful dry/compost toilet) is located in a separate ablution unit 30 meters away.

There is a well equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils (no oven). There is a table inside and outside where you can dine.

Outside there is a kettle braai and firepit.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at an additional charge with prior arrangement.

Experience

Set just outside of Waterval Boven (one of the most popular weekend destinations among climbers and mountain bikers form Joburg and Pretoria), Tegwaan is a destination in itself: it is the closest place to the Restaurant (At-The-End-Of-The-Universe) crags, and closely connected to some of the biking and hiking trails.

We also have our own ponds and fish, so bring your rope, your hiking shoes, your bike, your fishing rod or your hammock! Your dogs will also love it – and they will be exhausted by the end of the weekend!
