About Thali Thali Game Lodge
Thali Thali is a 1460 hectare Cape West Coast game and fynbos reserve situated just of the R27 near Langebaan, less than one hour's drive from Cape Town, bordering the West Coast National Park. The Cape West Coast is intoxicating, sure the wind heaves and thumps for much of the year, but the Langebaan area with its beautiful lagoon has a charm that keeps people coming back year after year.
Privately owned Thali Thali Game Reserve and lodge can accommodate up to 20 people and offers an ideal laid-back West Coast style atmosphere. We boast a wide range of game like kudu, oryx, giraffe, red hartebeest, eland, zebra, springbok, black wildebeest, duiker, bontebok, steenbok, etc. The reserve is also home to many different bird species and guests are welcome to enjoy a walk in the fynbos to view these creatures.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation at Thali Thali consists of eight B&B or self catering units and were designed to create a unit with the old homestead. The eight units consist of three West Coast style chalets and five glamping tents which are spread out in a circle around an entertainment area with bar facilities and a open air lapa.
B&B or Self Catering Chalets:
The existing labourer cottages were stylishly transformed into fully furnished self catering accommodation with wardrobe, microwave, satellite TV, fridge, toaster, hotplate, kettle, hairdryer, linen, crockery and cutlery.
There are two x one bedroom (double bed and sleeper couch), chalets with bathroom (toilet, shower, basin), kitchen, indoor braai, stoep and outdoor braai facilities chalets and one x two bedroom (double bed, two double bunk beds and sleep couch), chalet with kitchen, indoor braai, stoep and outdoor braai facilities.
Glamping Tents:
We have five Glamping Tents with en-suite bathrooms (toilet, shower, basin), stoep and outdoor braai and basin, double bed, sleeping couch, wardrobe, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, linen, crockery and cutlery. Unfortunately kitchens or TV's are not available in the tents.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 09h00 to 11h00. There is a choice between a full English breakfast or a healthy breakfast.
Activities and Attractions
We are 10 km from the beach, do game drives on the premises and also have a restaurant open from 09h00 - 21h00.
Note
Thali Thali Game Lodge offers a children's playground and splash pool.

Rustic tent with a chandelier and lovely brickwork on the outside. Electric blanket on a comfy warm bed with a noisy but effective heater plus aircon to ensure you are kept warm during the cold winter. We were there over the weekend with all the floods … we were dry and warm! We woke up with the sound of lots of birds chirping. Tasty and scrumptious breakfast served with warm hospitality.
