The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The open-plan living area has a dining table as well as a comfy seating area and a TV with selected Openview channels.

The lounge opens onto a private braai area which leads to a garden overlooking the communal swimming pool.
