For over three decades, the privately owned and luxurious self-catering Beach House has commanded a stunning view over Llandudno Beach, with Robben Island visible in the distance. The terrace offers sweeping panoramas of the Atlantic Ocean, where whales, dolphins, or seals can often be spotted in the bay below.

Self-Catering Accommodation

The Beach House offers an indulgent experience, complete with a beautifully maintained garden, a heated pool, and a swim jet for added relaxation. Every detail in this clapboard house has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable stay.

Oak floors extend throughout the home, creating a relaxed ambiance, while the clean and stylish interiors perfectly complement the seaside surroundings. Expansive sliding doors allow sunlight and ocean breezes to fill the space, and guests can enjoy the finest beds and linens. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property.

The open-plan ground floor features two seating areas, a state-of-the-art TV/DVD system, and a large dining table that comfortably seats ten. For more casual meals, guests can gather around the central island in the well-equipped kitchen. There is also a spacious sunroom with fully retractable glass doors, offering an indoor BBQ area, complete with a dining table and seating space.

Upstairs, four generously sized en suite bedrooms await. Three of these rooms offer stunning views of the ocean and beach, while the fourth looks out toward the mountains. Glass sliding doors lead to expansive balconies, and in one case, a terrace featuring a roof garden. Each room is furnished with double beds, two of which can be converted into twin beds as needed.

The large outdoor terrace is ideal for enjoying breakfast alfresco, and sun loungers on the lawn offer a perfect spot to relax while observing the local birdlife. The garden, thoughtfully landscaped with indigenous flora, also features seasonal blooms that add vibrant color throughout the year.
Additional Facilities

Positioned at the front of the garden, the pool overlooks the beach and is set into a wooden deck. To ensure a comfortable swim, the pool is solar-heated and equipped with an automatic solar cover for safety, particularly useful for families with children. The swim jet offers adjustable settings for those who wish to swim in place, perfect for a refreshing workout before unwinding with a glass of wine.

Location

Beach access is a short five-minute walk downhill, though there is also the option to drive to the nearby car park. Guests of The Beach House are welcome to use the Llandudno tennis court for a small additional fee, though they should bring their own racquets.
