About The Black Eagle Bus

The Black Eagle Bus is located on a farm in Stanford. Come and enjoy the experience of our classic Mobile Home situated within the bird sanctuary on Kleinmond river.

The uniqueness of the farm is the wetlands in front of the cabin and the 160 hectares of uninterrupted fynbos with views for days at the back, a true nature retreat. The farm is bordered by Walker Bay Nature Reserve that covers over 17km of shoreline. Stanford is ideally positioned for couples and families looking for a laid-back getaway.

Self Catering Accommodation

The Black Eagle Bus is a classic camper van furnished with one double bed for two adults and a sofa bed to accommodate one child. There is also a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen area is fully equipped for self catering.

Outside is a patio with sun loungers and there are braai facilities.

Attractions

A most awesome location, one can sit all day and stare at the mountains and birdlife (if you are lucky enough you will hear the fish eagle). There is lots to do in the area, or just laze about. The setting is spectacular. Enjoy awesome sunrises and sunsets, the perfect place to go and unwind and enjoy a glass of wine while your kids are cycling or running/playing around until late. Guests will have access to the canoes and peddle boat.
