Accommodation
The Homestead is a modern guesthouse offering accommodation in Margate in 19 spacious rooms which include both standard suites, executive suites and a romantic honeymoon suite.
The rooms are spacious and some are equipped with a spa bath. Beautiful sea views can be appreciated from the large balconies of the establishment.

Facilities
We have a lovely swimming pool with an ocean view – perfect for relaxing in after a morning on the beach. We also offer secure parking on the premises.
Breakfast
The Homestead offers a full breakfast overlooking the ocean. Our buffet selection includes cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurt, cheese, bread for your own toast, juices and filter coffee / tea, egg, pork, beef or chicken etc.
Activities
We are within walking distance from the beaches and Margate central. Spend time on our Blue Flag beaches, organise a deep sea fishing trip or shark enthusiasts can go shark diving at Aliwal Shoal. Margate is the place to be during the annual Sardine Run that takes place during June or July. There is loads to do in Margate; you will never be bored!
