The Patrician, able to accommodate six guests, is a comfortable home that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The room also has a dressing room and a balcony with seating to enjoy the sunset over the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed, two chairs should you want to read and a private balcony with seating to enjoy the sunset. The third bedroom has two single beds and also has a private balcony with its seating. The beds are dressed with 100% percale linen and soft blankets. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The holiday home boasts two lounges combined with an open-plan dining room and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ice maker, and glass-top Thermo-fan oven. There is a games room with a pool table and a lock-up garage for a boat and car. The house has a lovely large swimming pool and patio with indoor/outdoor braai.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
