The Residence by Atzaró is the ultimate in Cape Town holiday homes, a stylish mountain property, perfect for luxurious holidays with family or friends. When arriving at The Residence by Atzaró, you are immediately struck by its dramatic location, at the foot of Table Mountain. This mid-century style villa is surrounded by panoramic views of Devil's Peak to Lion's Head and the City Bowl.

Accommodation

Carefully designed and in harmony with its surrounding views, The Residence by Atzaró offers accommodation in Oranjezicht, boasting an abundance of terraces, living spaces and view-filled rooms. The villa is comprised of seven suites and nine bathrooms.

The suites, all of which have balconies, are beautifully decorated and furnished with King-size beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bathroom amenities are provided.

The villa has a wellness suite, a cloakroom, living room, dining room and full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or alternately at any of the outdoor dining and lounging spaces. There are a number of lounge areas; take your pick and relax with a good book!

The swimming pool is surrounded with sun loungers and recliners, perfect for soaking up the soon and admiring the spectacular views the Villa enjoys. Also available on site is a sauna, gym and massage room.

Establishment facilities include a braai area, Wi-Fi, music system, parking for eight vehicles, alarm system and a laundry.

Breakfast & Dining

Breakfast is served on the terrace daily and is included in the rates.

Activities and Attractions

The Residence by Atzaró offers extra service activities. With the experienced guides and instructors, you can enjoy hiking the adjacent Table Mountain, kayaking with dolphins, deep-sea diving and even a City Bowl and mountain range helicopter tour. Other attractions include wine tours, snorkelling with seals, paragliding and shark cage diving.
